* Unlike the standard model, this customized model has no hole and lid at the center of safety cover. Loophole enables the manual dripping of spin coating chemical without opening the safety cover during rotation.

  • The standard model does not meet our requirements. Is there any solution?
  • We accept customization requests such as automatic dripping of chemical solution, edge rinsing/back rinsing function, clean unit, air exhaustion and waste liquid collection. Please contact us for more details.
  • Do you respond to breakdown of the purchased product?
  • Yes, please provide us with the model name and serial number on the back of the spin coater and other details.
  • Can I try an Active's spin coater before the purchase?
  • We lend a standard desktop model for a two-week trial without charge. We also perform spin coating sample testing.
    Please bear the shipping costs when returning the sample machine.
    Use of our sample stage is free of charge. However, please pay for the cost of a newly produced sample stage.
  • I can't get the coating as intended. Can you give me advice?
  • If you inform us of any coating problems, such as unevenness of coating caused by lack of uniform thickness, change of experimental subject, or unsuccessful coating after changing substrates or chemicals, we will provide you with some advice. Please don't hesitate to contact us even if you have no business relationship with us.
