Step 2: Discussion
We will contact you to discuss specifications and other details by mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask us.
Step 3: Estimate
We will give you an estimate of the customized model which meets your requirements and avoids unnecessary costs.
Step 4: Order
If you are satisfied with our estimate, please inform us of your intention to place an order. We will provide you with the delivery schedule and other information.
Notes on Ordering
- ● No cancellations or returns will be accepted after the product has been manufactured.
- ● As an after-sales service, we offer a free 1-year warranty period from the delivery date (acceptance inspection).
Step 5: Production
We start production soon after accepting an order. Depending on the specifications and options, please allow between 20 days and 4 months for the delivery. Please let us know in advance if you are in a hurry.
Step 6: Delivery
We deliver the product to the designated address when the production is finished.

1. Estimate
We will give you a quote in approximately 1 to 2 weeks after confirming your requirements, budget and other details. It may take some time to prepare the estimate, depending on the time and content of the order.
2. Purchase order
Please submit a written purchase order as proof of order. We do not have a specific format, but we cannot accept orders over the phone.
3. Delivery note and invoice
A delivery note and invoice are included with the final product shipment or sent after delivery. The delivery note is proof that the product has been delivered. The invoice includes the due amount, date, and account information to which payment should be sent.
